Most builders offer incentive packages, but they’re often linked to a specific lending institution, a certain date or have other restrictions. JA Myers incentives are designed to BENEFIT the BUYER! If it’s a cash incentive, it can be used toward the down payment, closing costs, options or practically any way you’d like to put it back into your home.
LENDING Options
Sure, we have preferred lenders…organizations we partner with because we find them easy to work with and bring our customers good results. We are not “tied” to any lending institution, however, we’ll gladly introduce you to our lending partners if you want to secure mortgage through them.
LOCATION Options
We have neighborhoods in Franklin, Adams and York counties and also licensed to build in Maryland. You can build on one of our home sites or on land you already own. Since we are a turn-key operation, we can take your home site from start to finish quickly and professionally.
CUSTOM BUILT Option
Any of our more than 50 models and floor plans are available for you to build as is, or with your personal modifications.
